Advice for Visitors

Tips

To get the full experience, allow at least three hours to explore with your bike rental. if you're short on time, don't miss the two-hour ride to the end of the Golden Gate Bridge and back (from Parkwide Marina or Bay City Bike location).

Please note there may sometimes be a Sausalito bike drop available for $25 per bike or $40 for one adult and one child. Simply call from Sausalito to inquire and confirm, then pay, park and lock! Or, bike from one location to another and drop off bikes for $25 per bike or $40 for one adult and one child.

Golden Gate Park and Marina locations are outdoors and open weather permitting; please call ahead for days and times.

Simple and efficient
Easy to buy, easy to use, and cheaper than buying tickets individually. It was very worth it.
Awesome way to spend a 3-day vacation!
We bought a CityPASS and it made visiting the city with a 12-year-old a very memorable time. We all enjoyed our time. Can’t wait to do it again. The price was so affordable that it added to our enjoyable experience.

I bought CityPass for my trip and it was very useful. It help me to save money, as well as time. Moreover, it is very easy to use since you don't even have to print them out. Just present your mobile tickets to get scanned for entry and you're in!

Convenience, cost effective and fun
We used the CityPASS in San Francisco and it made visiting the attractions so easy and fun. We had no trouble walking in and showing the ticket offices our passes on our cell phone. The boat cruise was fabulous and we enjoyed the de Young and SFMOMA. No waiting in line and no limitations on the exhibits. A great value!

My granddaughter and I ran into timing issues and were unable to use the reservation we had made for one of the attractions. The customer service was excellent and my granddaughter was thrilled that we were able to enjoy the Exploratorium after all.
