New York CityPASS
Lovin' the Big Apple
This was our first time using a CityPASS. We were planning our trip when we saw several activity passes for New York. This was the best option for us since we were only staying for 5 days. When we got to the various attractions, we compared prices. We saved a lot! I've now recommended this pass to friends who plan a trip to the Big Apple. We would definitely buy one again when we visit another big city.
New York CityPASS
A great way to view the wonderful city of New York on a budget! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed all of our days out on this pass and were impressed with the amount we saved, leaving me more money to shop with!!
5 Star Experience!
My family just returned from our wonderful trip in New York City and this pass made it able to see all of the famous attractions in little time and for a wonderful price. I would DEFINITELY recommend this pass to anyone who wants to see more... For less!
New York CityPASS
Totally worth it! Saved us a lot of time and energy! In the city that never sleeps, every minute counts!!!
Great buy!
We loved the city pass! It allowed for flexibility in our days as well as allowed us to feel like we got our money's worth, without the pressure of feeling like we needed to stay in each museum or landmark all day. I will definitely continue to use CityPASS for the cities where available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Deal, But Can Be a Major Headache We bought the CityPASS for New York City. Our first day we had reservations for the Top of the Rock. I loaded up the CityPASS App outside the door and our tickets were gone. Thankfully, I had saved the CitYPASS confirmation email which allowed security to scan my family in. Crisis averted. A few days later, we attempted to use our Empire State tickets. We scanned the first two tickets and everything worked fine. When we got to the children’s tickets, they came back as no record found. I had to spend 30 minutes on hold and getting help from customer service. Thankfully, our reservations were within customer service hours or we would have been out of luck. Overall, the savings was awesome, but the headaches and frustration almost made the savings worthless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worthwhile but make sure you plan carefully I chose CityPASS as I was in NYC for 6 days and this pass allows you to spread out visits over up to 9 days. Worked generally well. Watch up if you need to make changes to bookings - these can’t be done on same day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent opportunity make your New York visit sim CityPASS provides the opportunity to plan ahead and get tickets to those sites you have on your bucket list without standing in line once you arrive. We’ve used this New York and Chicago. The only reason I dropped a star is, in New York, we were forced to pay additional fee when visiting the Empire State Building due to a price change. I think this is bogus and CityPASS needs to inform people there may be additional charges or work with venues to assure that once a ticket is purchased you won’t be surprised!

My tickets to the major sightseeing places were all in one easy place on the app. I had to change some times for events scheduled and found the customer service was outstanding.
