Lovin' the Big Apple
This was our first time using a CityPASS. We were planning our trip when we saw several activity passes for New York. This was the best option for us since we were only staying for 5 days. When we got to the various attractions, we compared prices. We saved a lot! I've now recommended this pass to friends who plan a trip to the Big Apple. We loved the city pass! It allowed for flexibility in our days as well as allowed us to feel like we got our money's worth, without the pressure of feeling like we needed to stay in each museum or landmark all day. I will definitely continue to use CityPASS for the cities where available.

Solid value, some limitations. Flexibility is key.
We did CityPASS in Dec 2024 (between Christmas and NYE). Quick trip and wanted to get in multiple activities covered.
Overall pleased with it, but users should KNOW in advance.
The available times showing at various events are limited or less offerings than standard outright purchase. Not bad, but plan accordingly.
The American Museum Natural History — this was pretty poor experience. It was SO crowded just to get in; basically even if you had CityPASS, you stood outside in the long, snaking line with those who did not have a ticket yet. We only had about a 3.5 hour window so we ended up buying standard tickets ($100 for 2 adults, 2 kids). That $100 was well worth skipping the crazy lines. But it also reduced our value behind the CityPASS.

If you're heading to NYC, you should definitely go for the CityPASS to explore the city. It’s not only a money-saver but also a great travel planner. Plus, when I needed to change a reservation, their support team was instantly available and super helpful. Totally worth it - don’t even hesitate!

Great time in NYC!
Definitely recommend purchasing CityPASS when visiting New York City. We had a quick 3 day trip and used the 5 site pass. We saw the Empire State Building, Museum of Natural History, Statue of Liberty Ferry, 9/11 Museum, & Top of the Rock. Great value and easy to use.

Good experience, easy and fast.
All worked as expected. It was our first time with this kind of product, and was completely user friendly. My son and me could use the vessel to visit Statue of Liberty because he felt really sick that day, and couldn’t claim because latter I found no claims allowed if partial use of the events were used, happy anyway.

Great options and easy to use
I bought 5 passes during my recent trip to New York City. It was so easy to use and understand. I managed to prebook my slots at various attractions as advised by the site. It is recognisable by the attractions. I would highly recommend to use CityPASS to save money.
