Lovin' the Big Apple
This was our first time using a CityPASS. We were planning our trip when we saw several activity passes for New York. This was the best option for us since we were only staying for 5 days. When we got to the various attractions, we compared prices. We saved a lot! I've now recommended this pass to friends who plan a trip to the Big Apple. I had not previously heard about the CityPASS but we are really glad we saw the option when doing the research for attraction tickets! What a savings! We got to experience ALL the attractions we were interested in at a fraction of the cost per ticket. Highly recommended.

The CityPASS felt misleading. When I purchased it, it showed that the ferry to the Statue of Liberty was included, but once I went into the app the option was grayed out and I couldn’t even select it. We had to buy separate ferry tickets for about $25 each, which actually made the pass more expensive than just buying tickets on our own.
We did enjoy using it for the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, and the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, which worked fine. The only part of our trip that left us disappointed was the Guggenheim. Every floor was focused on very heavy themes, some even using the word “death” and others that felt suggestive of self-harm. Instead of being inspiring or uplifting, it felt overwhelming.
New York itself was absolutely wonderful. It is a beautiful and culturally rich city that I think everyone should experience at least once. Next time I visit, I will just purchase tickets directly instead of using the CityPASS.

E il gioco è fatto...quando vai all' attrazione fai vedere i codici QR dal telefono e vai.....
