New York C3
We traveled to New York as a family of 6, and the C3 pass provide us with an affordable option to enjoy a few of NYC's awesome attractions. It was hassle-free, and each vendor was familiar with the pass. We did the mobile pass option...I highly recommend it to anyone, especially large groups.
As we were only spending a few days in the city, the C3 was perfect. It allowed us to pick the three places that we really wanted to see and not feel rushed. The ability to show the passes on mysmartphone for all 6 of us was extremely convenient, and we never had a problem using them at the places we went to.
Purchased the C3 pass for myself and my son. It allowed us to customize the sites we wanted to see. The mobile option was great! Just showed the agents our smartphones and we were in.
My boyfriend and I went on a redeye trip to NYC and since we were only there for a day, we got a C3 pass. It was perfect. It gave us options for attractions while being very affordable for the amount of time we were there.
Smartest thing I did for this trip. This was my second visit to New York and I'm still amazed at how much I got done in 2 and a half days. Great price and quick access to all the attractions. Definitely purchasing again for my next city!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth it for money and planning. I was advised to get the CityPASS by a friend who had used it. It did save us money but it also helped us to organise the itinerary for the week and helped give a scafold to structure our visit. I felt restricted by the two mandatory visits and we didn't particularly want to see the Natural History museum as we didn't think it would be anything more than London etc and two of the party wanted to see Met museum of art (not included) but we figured that we would still at least break even if we just did the four we wanted. We did end up using the museum pass - two hours is not enough especially as the pass included a special exhibition. The Empire State was great and the return between 9pm amd 12 really worth doing. Much quieter in the museum but and seeing the city at night was very different to seeing it in the day. We did the cruise on day 1 which helped us see the big picture. We did liberty early. I would definitely advise that. Security is just as the advice on the cityPASS says. Queues and time consuming. This could be a full day trip. 9/11 could easily be 5 hours to read and digest everything. Audio guide there $10 extra. I was nervous about shelling out before we even got to New York but have no regrets.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 3 stars The CityPASS felt misleading. When I purchased it, it showed that the ferry to the Statue of Liberty was included, but once I went into the app the option was grayed out and I couldn’t even select it. We had to buy separate ferry tickets for about $25 each, which actually made the pass more expensive than just buying tickets on our own. We did enjoy using it for the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, and the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, which worked fine. The only part of our trip that left us disappointed was the Guggenheim. Every floor was focused on very heavy themes, some even using the word “death” and others that felt suggestive of self-harm. Instead of being inspiring or uplifting, it felt overwhelming. New York itself was absolutely wonderful. It is a beautiful and culturally rich city that I think everyone should experience at least once. Next time I visit, I will just purchase tickets directly instead of using the CityPASS.
