Clarification Needed on Chicago CityPASS Inclusion
I purchased the Chicago CityPASS 5, and overall, the experience was fantastic — each attraction was great, and the Shedd Aquarium was especially amazing. The only issue we encountered was at the Griffin Museum. When we tried to join the coal mine tour, we were told we needed to purchase an additional ticket. I mentioned that the pass stated it included one special experience, but the staff member said we would still have to pay. She also advised that the next available tour wouldn’t be until later in the day, even though the person in front of us had been able to choose their preferred time.

Great time!
Glad we bought the pass, and had a great time in Chicago for the first time. My friend & I went to visit my son who recently moved there. We did the 2 "required" activities: Shedd Aquarium and Skydeck. We chose 360 Chicago, Art Institute, and Architecture River Tour, the latter being our favorite. Amazing & very different views from the Sears Tower Skydeck and the Hancock Building (360)--glad we did both!

Extremely worth it, hassle free experience
CityPASS was a steal with it's deals and options to check out the beautiful attractions in chicago. Every attraction is up to speed with how the CityPASS works so they'll never be a confusion. Definitely made me fall in love with Illinois!

el domingo pasado compramos un CityPass usamos 3 ingresos entre domingo y lunes, para el partes la mayoria de atracciones estaban cerradas, fui a la oficina de venta Shoreline y paracticamente me dijeron que no era problema de ellos que no sabian, estoy viajando mañana y no podre usar lo demas, mu mala experiencia.

Over priced and oversold
Over priced. They inflate how much each attraction costs. If you use all 5 entries, you will get your money’s worth. However, you are not save $100+ by buying the pass.

Compré el CityPASS y usando la app es muy fácil reservar, y muy intuitivo. Lo que sí, para el Shoreline Sightseeing Architecture River Tour la aplicación no deja reservar para el tour en español, por lo que ese en particular lo tuve que ir a reservar presencialmente en las casetas.
