Chicago CityPASS
Vacationing with a family of 5
We have purchased CityPASS now for three cities: Southern California, New York and now Chicago. We have a family of 5 and this makes planning so easy and affordable!! Not to mention not standing in line for tickets!!!
Chicago CityPASS
The CityPASS was the perfect way to plan our stay in Chicago. I was able to show my daughter my favorite places in Chicago, and a few others as well. The CityPASS provided a better price, and skipping to the front of the line was like icing on the cake!.
Wonderful week in Chicago!
After doing much research about CityPASS and other group admission passes of the like, I knew I had to get the CityPASS. Chicago CityPASS gets you into 5 of the top sightseeing places - with an upgraded admission!
Great Price
My family came to visit us from Colombia. It was their first time in the states and I wanted to make sure their first vacation was more than what they expected it to be. When I came across the Chicago CityPASS online I knew it was just what I needed to make their trip memorable.
CityPASS Saved My Vacation and Marriage
We used Chicago CityPASS recently and it was a not only a vacation saver but a marriage saver. My husband and I would typically argue about which way to go and what to do next. The CityPASS was easy to use and offered detailed information as well as discounts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great experience I took a group of exchange students to Chicago for Spring Break. THe pass made it affordable with a variety of options. Lines were shorter and the staff wads helpful. I would but a pass in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best experiences in Chicago! Me and my partner bought CityPASS tickets when we visited Chicago and it was so worth it, both in experience and cost ($144 each). The 5 attractions we did during the 9 days were the Shedd Aquarium, Alder Planetarium, Riverboat tour, Skydeck & Field Museum (there were more attractions to choose from). It was also easy to make reservations for the attractions, most times during the day were available! Highly recommended for those who want to explore Chicago and also want more structure in their trip!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrated and Upset For the most part, this is an excellent tool to see whatever city that you may be in, but if you are turned away and are refused to be able to enter an attraction, good luck with getting in contact with someone because the customer service is absolutely terrible. When you try to go through the refund process due to not being able to attend through not fault of our own, it’s only through email and it is a horrible experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not easy to modify reservations This CityPASS made our 5-day family trip very affordable, but there are some areas that could be improved. Many attractions require advance reservations, which can be made easily through the app. However, it’s not easy to modify reservations in the app, and we had to call customer service each time to make changes. We were told there have been frequent system issues, but I hope this can be addressed as soon as possible.
