360 tilt is not included in the pass
The City pass shows 360 Chicago observation deck and sky deck which is confusing. We felt 360 Chicago observation deck is 360 tilt and when we reached the tilt building we have to pay $11 for each ticket. When we ask them about the use of the city pass they said city pass only contributes $1 remaining $11 we have to pay from our pocket at that instant. We were a bit disappointed with the service.

The pass is ok. But it gives you just 9 days to see everything. We weren't able to use all the passes during that period of time.

Great way to discover Chicago options
I live in Ohio and have managed to put off visiting Chicago for over 40 years. I kept saying to the wife, "why?" I finally gave in and she found the CityPASS app, which was a great way to find out what is available to do and reserve tickets if needed. The 5 day pass was perfect for us. Getting expedited entry was nice. Especially at the Sky Deck. We bypassed the line waiting their turn. I wonder if there is a way to duplicate a pass for a 2nd day? We could have easily spent a 2nd day at the Field Museum, maybe even a 3rd.

Beautiful family trip to Chicago!
We purchased CityPASS for the 5 of us. Since we did not all have the same time availability, we went to different attractions as we had the time to do so. The process was easy in every attraction, and they were all fascinating places to visit.
