Best Time to Visit

Between 9-9:30am is generally the least-crowded time to visit.

Ultra-experience seekers recommend sitting, lying face down or doing handstands on The Ledge.

For an optimal Ledge experience for all guests, Ledge visit times for parties of 3 or less will be a maximum of 60 seconds/party and parties of 4 or more will be a maximum of 90 seconds per party.

We have purchased CityPASS now for three cities: Southern California, New York and now Chicago. We have a family of 5 and this makes planning so easy and affordable!! Not to mention not standing in line for tickets!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CityPass made our trip fun and easy to navigate! We booked CityPass for our family trip to downtown Chicago and it worked out so well. The two attractions that you have to visit were on our list anyway and definitely worth it. We chose the 360 Observation Deck as my girls absolutely loved the Skydeck and bought tickets for Tilt which were pretty inexpensive and a fun experience especially at sunset! We also chose the Shoreline Architecture River Cruise and Griffin Museum of Science and Industry. The process was so easy using the app and making reservations in advance was also a breeze. I would do this again if we come to Chicago.

I have recommended the pass already to friends that are planning a trip to Chicago and we will purchase the passes again when we return to Chicago.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great experience but dont go to the Shedd Aquarium All the locations in Chicago were great except the Shedd Aquarium! Long ques to enter. If you were late like 5-10 minutes to one show they will put security and draw the curtains not to see the show. Very poor atraction. Very unsatisfied

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great experience I took a group of exchange students to Chicago for Spring Break. THe pass made it affordable with a variety of options. Lines were shorter and the staff wads helpful. I would but a pass in the future.
