Best Time to Visit

Between 9-9:30am is generally the least-crowded time to visit.

Ultra-experience seekers recommend sitting, lying face down or doing handstands on The Ledge.

For an optimal Ledge experience for all guests, Ledge visit times for parties of 3 or less will be a maximum of 60 seconds/party and parties of 4 or more will be a maximum of 90 seconds per party.

We have purchased CityPASS now for three cities: Southern California, New York and now Chicago. We have a family of 5 and this makes planning so easy and affordable!! Not to mention not standing in line for tickets!!!

The CityPASS was the perfect way to plan our stay in Chicago. I was able to show my daughter my favorite places in Chicago, and a few others as well. The CityPASS provided a better price, and skipping to the front of the line was like icing on the cake!.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Certainly useful and comfortable I used CityPASS for a two day trip and I think was the best thing I could've done, I did all the five activities I selected with no complications. I think this pass is better than others since it is realistic in terms of time, the fact that gives you 9 days to do all your five activities and doesn't increase the price for days is good so you can really enjoy the visit.

While it is true that CityPASS did save me money overall on the places we visited, I found the descriptions of the attractions to be a bit misleading, especially the "What is Included " in several of thje museum packages. An example, the Field Museum recently changed their policy and you do NOT get a choice between the two exhibitions or the 3D movies. Fortunately for us, one of the staff there was willing to make an exception for us when we pointed out what was on the CityPASS page of the download. But there were other issues at other venues that I though should have been clearer in the CItyPASS descriptions .For someone totally unfamiliar with an area it is probably a good way to see some key sites in a city. But for someone who was very familiar with the city, it was kind of a letdown.

The access and ticket delivery were very easy, all through the app, and I didn’t have any problems at all. I highly recommend it with confidence.
