Could be better
Using the CityPass was a good experience in general, but I hope some information could be more clear on the website. We got the 5-attraction for Chicago, but due to spending a short period in the city (2 days) we had to go to multiple attractions in a single day. Unfortunately, it was not clear on the website that some attractions close early in the afternoon. When arriving at the Planetarium, we had our entrance refused and had to go back to downtown. We lost more than one hour on traffic and were able to enter the Art Institute, but stayed only 40 minutes inside. As they were closing they made everyone clear the building by 5pm. Concluding, I would suggest a more clear way for the CityPass company to inform about attractions closure time, or suggestions for their clients about time planning for all attractions. Also, as some attractions can be seen in a short period of time, but others have a lot to see and can take up to hours, this also could be more easily accessible for the clients on the website. Conclusion, we ended up not going to all attractions we originally planned due to a lack of clear information from CityPass website.

Great way to see Chicago!
We bought CityPASS tickets for ourselves and our adult kids for our first visit to Chicago. It was a great way to save money on attractions we wanted to see, and the app was very helpful with letting us know where we needed reservations, and which places we could just arrive whenever we wanted. I also got quick online chat help when i was having difficulty with the app - the person on the chat helped me quickly resolve the issue (I had accidentally gotten signed out) so we could use our tickets.

Excellent time in Chicago with CityPASS
We bought CityPASS for our family and we loved the ease of using it. I took one point off only because there were 2 activities that we couldn’t choose and although they weren’t in our plans we visited them in order to not loose the money. It would be perfect if we could have chosen the 5 activities that we really wanted. But in general I think it’s worth to get it. The app is very user friendly and if you need to change the schedule it’s just a click on.

Great experience with Coty Pass
We had a great experience using city pass for following reasons -
1.coveres major Chicago attractions at discounted price
2. Did online booking when driving from Dallas
3. Always showed avaibliry compared to actual other websites
4. We updated our reservation twice and it was so so hassle free just an hour before and got new reservation with latest availability
5. My husband did not have to worry for booking all these individually.
I will use for Seattle
Please include ferry to SaJuan islands in seatlle I am visiting in July end.
