Worth it for those travelling on a budget
I don't usually buy passes like this because usually you're paying for things you don't really want to do. And as a backpacker every dollar counts! However, I had planned on visiting the Toronto Zoo, the CN Tower and The Royal Ontario Museum and those three alone would have been worth more than the cost of the CityPASS.

It is really convenient, very reasonably priced with great customer service. I had a City Cruise scheduled and missed it because I went to the wrong location. I contacted CityPass customer service and they changed my booking with no issue. I was very happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review Toronto There was an incident at the parking gate of Casa Loma. I paid the parking ticket with my visa... but the gate did not open. However, I could see on my cell phone, that it was charged on my credit card...... but people (a man and a woman) at the gate wanted me to pay another time... pretending that I was not charged (although I could see on my account-live) I was stuck there for 15 minutes, pressured hard by these people to pay a second time... They eventually let me in.... claiming that they were making me a favor ! The attitude of the people at the gate was disrespectful. I confirm that the parking was indeed charged on my credit card. The rest of my trip with city pass was perfect. Thanks !
