Toronto CityPASS
Great Toronto attractions
Something for everyone: arts, sciences, history, entertainment, and for every age group. You can be confident in seeing something unique, worthwhile, and proper to the city itself.
Must have
CityPASS is just something you need when you come for the first time to the city. Admissions are must see, and if you save money even better.
Fabulous!
I found a CityPASS for Toronto and bought it. After that the whole trip fell into our laps! There is so much to do in Toronto that we were in over our heads before this! The CityPASS has so much to offer for every kind of person!
Great deal! A must try for all
Great price for amazing attractions. Have used it every time friends and family visit from outside the country. Love it!
Worth it for those travelling on a budget
I don't usually buy passes like this because usually you're paying for things you don't really want to do. And as a backpacker every dollar counts! However, I had planned on visiting the Toronto Zoo, the CN Tower and The Royal Ontario Museum and those three alone would have been worth more than the cost of the CityPASS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great way to enjoy the city and see a lot! If you're looking for great things to do to give you an overview of this great city, CityPass is the way to go. We enjoyed the museums, CN Tower, the Aquarium and more and saved money compared to buying individual passes even at promotional prices. If you only want to do a couple of the listed venues, you need to evaluate the cost, but if you do them all you certainly do save money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointing Experience — Unhelpful Cus I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Toronto CityPASS® was so poor that I feel obligated to warn others. My group bought the Toronto CityPASS® hoping for a smooth, enjoyable experience — but it turned into one of the worst travel hassles I’ve had. We planned to use City Cruises Toronto, only to be turned away by the boat captain at the dock after initially being told we could board. There was no explanation — just public embarrassment and wasted time. We spent extra money on Ubers to get to and from the cruise, only to be left stranded. I called CityPASS® customer service immediately, and their representative specifically advised us not to use the final attraction on our pass so we could request a refund. We did exactly what they told us to do in good faith. Despite this, CityPASS® only refunded $16.99 — the portion for the cruise — and refused to honor a refund for the unused ticket they explicitly told us to skip. So not only did we lose money, but our time and vacation plans were completely disrupted. Their refund policy clearly states unused tickets are fully refundable within 365 days, but apparently, they don’t stand by this when it actually matters. Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful — just copy-pasted responses with no real effort to resolve the issue fairly. I won’t use CityPASS® again, and I’d caution other travelers to think twice — especially if you want a company that will stand by its policies and treat customers respectfully when plans go wrong through no fault of your own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will purchase this all the time!!! So glad that we purchased the CityPASS for our recent visit to Toronto. 6 of us went and visited the CN Tower, the Aquarium, the Museum and the Zoo. We were able to use the short lines too!!! We missed our reservation for the CN Tower but upon calling CityPASS, they changed it easily!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slight Regret for a local Savings are true. Tourists may appreciate it more to see what this city has to offer. Locals beware of zoo renovations, many of the animals are not on display. Reservations were made but not checked once for us. CN tower and the aquarium is packed and beware of tourist sneezing freely in the air and kids running freely with their hands in the air and their eyes closed. As for the zoo, spent 8 hours pulling a wagon of our kids gear which seems like every passage was uphill no matter which direction you go. New wooden walkways are not clearly marked and there is no reference or many workers to guide you until you are at the end of the wrong path. CityPASS. I pass. 3 stars only for the savings. Pack your patience, tolerance and understanding.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Priced right!!! Was a bit disappointed in the city cruise. Definitely should start at the top of the morning so that you can get everything in. Traffic is a bit much in Toronto. CityPASS is decently priced.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it, very unhappy with customer service I had bought 3 Toronto city passes but unfortunately my daughter got sick and we had to cancel the 5th site. As it was mentioned on the website that we will get refund back for any unused city pass products but when I tried to get partial refund on my all 3 passes for the 5th site they just simply refused, it is very unfair.
