Great price for amazing attractions. Have used it every time friends and family visit from outside the country. Love it! Worth it for those travelling on a budget
I don't usually buy passes like this because usually you're paying for things you don't really want to do. And as a backpacker every dollar counts! However, I had planned on visiting the Toronto Zoo, the CN Tower and The Royal Ontario Museum and those three alone would have been worth more than the cost of the CityPASS.

The Best Custumer Care Service Ever
I had some issues with my CityPass card after visiting the water park at the zoo—our passes got wet, and we couldn’t see the barcode anymore. I reached out to customer service, and Kristy was incredibly helpful. She quickly located our barcodes and continued to assist us with other things we needed along the way. She was fast, kind, and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of. Thank you so much, Kristy, for making our vacation truly amazing!

Worth buying if you are actually going to ensure you go to every event. Sadly, two of them I don’t know that I would go to anymore.

I do not recommend this at all
I bought the Citypass and it was such a horrible experience. I wanted to go to the cruise on Saturday but on the Citypass app it was completely sold out. I spoke with customer service to see If I go to the cruise the same day. They said it was sold out but we can go to check in at the cruise If we show them we have the Citypass because in the cruise website, It still shows it's available. We go to the cruise and they said they don't accept the Citypass because they are sold out but on their website they still have 2 spots available. I wouldn't accept getting this Citypass because of that experience. In top of that, 9 days to only use it. So unacceptable. They should have a 15 days time limit for this pass. Not 9 days.

Super easy to use & saves money!
We had a great experience with the Toronto CityPASS. Super easy to book all of our tickets/make reservations through their website or app, and even easier to skip the lines to buy tickets and just scan right in at each attraction. Highly recommend if you want to see Toronto's top sites and save some money!

Incredibly easy to use!
Saved money, time and energy! We booked a last minute trip for a few days in Toronto. Came across the city pass app. It was so easy to use, saved us money and we ended up doing more than originally planned because of the choices we had. We where able to change bookings in seconds right on the app. Just scan and go at the attractions and even gave us extra discounts once inside. Highly recommend

I bought CityPASS for my family's trip to toronto and was very happy with the whole experience. Saved a lot of time looking for places to go. Also saved a lot is time with reservations and bookings. Very easy and straightforward. Wish more places had this. When I found out about this I thought it was a scam because it sounded to good to be true. Very happy
