CityPASS is just something you need when you come for the first time to the city. Admissions are must see, and if you save money even better. Fabulous!
I found a CityPASS for Toronto and bought it. After that the whole trip fell into our laps! There is so much to do in Toronto that we were in over our heads before this! The CityPASS has so much to offer for every kind of person! Great deal! A must try for all
Great price for amazing attractions. Have used it every time friends and family visit from outside the country. Love it! Worth it for those travelling on a budget
I don't usually buy passes like this because usually you're paying for things you don't really want to do. And as a backpacker every dollar counts! However, I had planned on visiting the Toronto Zoo, the CN Tower and The Royal Ontario Museum and those three alone would have been worth more than the cost of the CityPASS.

Worth it
I brought this CITYPASS prior to coming to Toronto for the weekend and it was a good deal. We got to choose 5 attractions to go to , some you had to make reservations for but it was easy. I enjoyed the aquarium and the zoo the most out of the attraction pass. Would defiantly recommend if in the area for a few days.

So the gentle at aquarium told me that if we were going on this tour, cnn and boar tour it would be cheaper. My parents were standing with me who are 80 and 81, these passes wee not cheaper because senior rate to adult rate was way cheaper buying the tickets the normal way. Also when we went to boat tour like the guy suggested oh it as sold out till Thursday, it was Monday. We left Wednesday. Also, both aquarium and cnn tower were so busy you couldn’t even see anything ( especially aquarium. So many parents with strollers.. honestly was a waste of money. I couldn’t wait to get out. The cnn tower was much the same especially the area where you get food, I get you make more money off it but you couldn’t see that part of the City.
Over all pass not worth it, a waste of money.

Great deal!
No doubt CityPASS is the best deal available. And usage is also very easy, convenient and recognized in all locations without any issue. I am sure there must be a reason why it is valid only for 9 days but if it can be increased to 2 weeks or even a month then I am sure it will attract even more customers.

Great value
Bought CityPASS for ourselves and our visitor and toured the city. Great value for the attractions. Only downside the timing… 10 days and could have done CASALOMA or the Zoo…however it was a good purchase for the attractions we saw.

I cannot thank CityPASS enough for their understanding and customer care. Due to a completely unexpected and stressful situation with our Airbnb booking, our family vacation plans were turned upside down and we were unable to enjoy any of the Toronto attractions we had planned.
When I reached out to CityPASS to explain our circumstances, they responded quickly, showed genuine empathy, and processed a refund without making things complicated. At a time when we were exhausted and disappointed, their kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
It’s rare to find a company that not only provides great value in their product but also goes above and beyond to support customers when things don’t go as planned. This experience has made me an even bigger fan of CityPASS, and I will absolutely choose them again for future trips.
