Atlanta CityPASS
Exceptional Value and Time Saver to boot!
There simply is no other way to hit the hot spots in Atlanta than with CityPASS.
Summer Fun
Had an amazing "staycation" with my daughter. We were able to experience Atlanta the way it should be. CityPASS is an amazing deal. I will certainly be doing this again!!!
Highly Recommended
I do not just recommend the Atlanta CityPASS; I highly recommend it. This would be our first time vacationing in Atlanta, and it was great. I had no previous knowledge about a CityPASS, but it turned out to be a game changer. We visited all the main attractions without going BROKE!
Great Value!
Over three days, we viewed 5 great attractions, each of which made us all say "wow."
Atlanta CityPASS
We loved it. We were party of seven and this was the best way to see the city. It helped us plan and see 'must-see' places in Atlanta. It actually helped us connect with few other Atlanta pass holders who were also out of town visitors like us.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Future Buyers Systematic Service Failures and Deceptive Advertising: A Warning for Future Buyers. I am writing this as a stark warning to other families considering the Atlanta CityPASS. My family and I traveled for five hours, with no traffic and high expectations, only to discover that the CityPASS we purchased did not match the actual service provided at the associated attractions during the March weekend. The Reality of the Experience: Atlanta Zoo: We were sold the idea of a complete experience, but it was not. Many exhibits, including the rhinoceros area, were not visible, and the giant pandas were completely absent; however, we were not informed of this at the time of purchase. The staff was unfamiliar with some of the CityPASS benefits, and we were forced to pay extra for attractions to use a train ride advertised as a "discounted/unlimited" benefit, which turned out to be just a small loop with no real value. Furthermore, the "Wild Explorer" virtual reality theater and other activities did not offer the promised discounts. Georgia Aquarium: We encountered significant maintenance issues. Key areas like the "Laboratory" were closed, and the main dolphin show, despite being told in another area that it would be about to open, was also closed. We had to move from one area to another to reach the show, only to find it was simply a waiting area with no staff present. We were made to wait for several hours, and later encountered a vendor selling something or other in that area. When we approached him to ask when the show would start, he simply replied that it was canceled "due to rain," an unacceptable excuse for an indoor facility. Later, a worker confirmed that it was indeed canceled, as were areas under repair, such as the crocodile enclosure. Staff repeatedly directed us to shows that had already been canceled, resulting in wasted time and a complete lack of interaction with the animals. Fernbank Museum: This place seemed more like a private event venue than a museum. On the third level, one area was partially closed for repairs, and the outdoor areas were very limited for children, lacking the advertised interactivity. World of Coca-Cola: The experience was incredibly basic and lacked the promised depth. The tasting room was limited to only a few variations of "new citrus creations," hardly justifying the cost. My takeaway for future buyers: The CityPASS Atlanta value proposition is currently not working. You'll find hidden costs (like additional charges at the zoo), constant closures for renovations, and a lack of coordination between your pass and the attraction staff. I invested money and family effort in this, and the return was minimal. If you're planning a trip, keep in mind that you're likely paying for services that won't be fully operational. As for my family, we won't be. We will return to these attractions, and I strongly recommend that the CityPASS team update their information to reflect what is actually open and available. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS LIMITED. It was a constant struggle to get what we paid for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it. I bought Atlanta CityPass and we only used two due o the limited time we had in Atlanta and how busy the spaces were. We had to use a general queue for most places, so that made the waiting times over an hour to get into most places, especially the World of Coca Cola. Also, didn’t include admission into everything at the Georgia Aquarium and didn’t give us the option to purchase their separate shows and attractions.
