Lovin' the Big Apple
This was our first time using a CityPASS. We were planning our trip when we saw several activity passes for New York. This was the best option for us since we were only staying for 5 days. When we got to the various attractions, we compared prices. We saved a lot! I've now recommended this pass to friends who plan a trip to the Big Apple. We loved the city pass! It allowed for flexibility in our days as well as allowed us to feel like we got our money's worth, without the pressure of feeling like we needed to stay in each museum or landmark all day. I will definitely continue to use CityPASS for the cities where available.

CityPASS provides the opportunity to plan ahead and get tickets to those sites you have on your bucket list without standing in line once you arrive. We’ve used this New York and Chicago. The only reason I dropped a star is, in New York, we were forced to pay additional fee when visiting the Empire State Building due to a price change. I think this is bogus and CityPASS needs to inform people there may be additional charges or work with venues to assure that once a ticket is purchased you won’t be surprised!

New York City Made Easy
The City Pass was so great. My tickets to the major sightseeing places were all in one easy place on the app. I had to change some times for events scheduled and found the customer service was outstanding. They accomplished the change so easily and with friendly service.

Reservation canceled several months after placing
My CityPASS reservation for the Empire State Building was canceled several months after placing the reservation due to a private event being scheduled. What is the point of making a reservation if it can be canceled all at minute for someone else? I planned an entire vacation around this event and now have to suddenly rearrange my trip. Buyers beware - your reservations mean nothing and will be canceled at the last moment if someone decides to pay more money than you for the timeframe.

I can’t recommend this enough. We saved a ton of money on all of the attractions that we wanted to see and by setting up reservations, we easily walked in without a long wait time. The app was easy to use in accessing our tickets.

Abbiamo acquistato il pass per poter visitare New York senza pagare tutti e 5 u biglietti singolarmente e devo dire che ci siamo trovati bene. Si risparmia ed è molto facile la gestione delle prenotazioni che si possono anche cancellare nei termini previsti senza problemi. Lo consiglio!
