365 Day Return Policy
City Pass, Inc. offers a full refund, within 365 days from date of purchase from citypass.com, on unused CityPASS or C3 products that have not been redeemed. Partial refunds are not allowed on any voucher or e-ticket orders.
Partially- or fully-used CityPASS or C3 products are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any portion of an activated CityPASS or C3 product.
City Pass, Inc. offers exchanges on unused CityPASS booklets within 365 days from booklet expiration date. Customer is responsible for paying the difference in CityPASS product price along with associated shipping fee.
