Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to choose the attractions before I purchase? You can decide which attractions to visit after purchasing, but we suggest making advance reservations where possible once you receive your CityPASS® tickets.

How will I receive my tickets? When you purchase from citypass.com, you’ll receive an email shortly afterward with a ticket for each individual in your party. You can print the email if you prefer a hard copy. CityPASS® admission cards are available at some attractions.

When can I use my tickets? The validity period is 9 consecutive days starting with and including the first day you visit an attraction. You can start using your tickets as soon as you receive your ticket email or anytime within a year from date of purchase.

What do I need to show to enter an attraction? Depending on the attraction, you will either present your CityPASS® tickets, your attraction reservation, or both.

Will I have to pay for admission at attractions if I have CityPASS tickets? You will not have to pay anything additional for the admission that is included with CityPASS tickets. Some attractions do offer upgrades for purchase, but these are not required. You can see exactly what is included with CityPASS admission for each CityPASS product on our website.

Do I need to visit attractions in a specific order? You can visit attractions in any order you would like.

Can I visit more than one attraction in a day? There is no limit to how many attractions you can visit in a day.

Can I visit the attractions more than once? Tickets are valid for one-time admission to each attraction unless otherwise noted in each attraction’s admission details.

Can we split up and visit different attractions? In cities with reservation requirements, reservations will be made together for all tickets in an order. If you know that members of your party would like to visit different attractions and/or visit at different times, please place an order for each party that plans to visit attractions together. If you’re not sure yet, you can still place your order. Then, if you decide that you want to split up and visit different attractions after placing your order, you will need to contact Customer Care BEFORE making reservations at ANY attraction. For cities without reservations, travelers can visit different attractions; they will need their ticket downloaded to their phone or printed.

Do CityPASS® tickets include parking? No. Please check individual attraction websites to find parking information.

My child is younger than the CityPASS child age range. Should I purchase a child ticket? Children younger than the CityPASS child age range can still use a child CityPASS ticket. The child age ranges at attractions vary. You can review child age ranges and admission prices to determine if a child CityPASS ticket is the best option for you. Please note that if you don't purchase a CityPASS ticket for your child, you may need to purchase child admission tickets and/or make reservations for your child at some attractions, depending on your child's age.

Do CityPASS® tickets provide any other discounts at attractions? When CityPASS® tickets include a choice of attractions, attractions may offer admission discounts so you can visit additional attractions at a savings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BuildyBunch from The absolute best value for a Tampa vacation! WOW! This was by far the best deal we found for our trip. While we loved hitting the beaches like Clearwater and Fort De Soto, the CityPASS was the real highlight. The boys ranked Busch Gardens as their absolute favorite—between the world-class rides and the zoo, you could easily spend two full days there. For me, the Florida Aquarium stole the show; it was so scenic and relaxing. Touching the stingrays was a highlight, and standing in front of the massive aquarium window with the sharks and sea turtles swimming by was just incredible. The displays are beautiful and the staff was so helpful. ZooTampa was another hit; the exhibits are great, and the safari tour is a must-do (plus, it’s a nice chance to sit down and see things from a new perspective!). The Dolphin Cruise in Clearwater was fantastic with plenty of sightings, and MOSI provided some great 'learning fun' for the family. All in all, I highly recommend the Tampa CityPASS. We’ll definitely be looking for CityPASS in every city we visit from now on. A+!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Loves to travel from Great benefit Bought the CityPass for myself, wife, and child for the weekend. We went to Busch Gardens, the Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium. Saved tons of money by using the pass versus buying tickets at each location. Loaded the passes to our apple wallets. Easy to use. No issues and no questions asked. Great concept for the city and makes me want to go back when warmer and use again!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rachel from Lots of fun I Got the CityPASS to explore Tampa. I ended up doing the MOSI, dolphin Tropics Boat Tour, Fl aquarium, and ZooTampa. Had so much fun at everything. The dolphin boat tour was my favorite we saw so many dolphins. This ticket is the best way to get to see a lot of the tourist attractions available. Only thing I didn't like was that you only have 9 days to use the ticket once its started. If you're here for only a short time strictly on vacation, it's easier to use.
