How will I receive my tickets? When you purchase from citypass.com, you’ll receive an email shortly afterward with a ticket for each individual in your party. You can print the email if you prefer a hard copy.
Can we split up and visit different parks? If you know that members of your party would like to visit different parks and/or visit at different times, please place an order for each party that plans to visit together.
Do I need to choose my choice attractions before I purchase? You can decide which attractions to visit after purchasing, but we suggest making advance reservations where possible once you receive your CityPASS® tickets.
When can I use my tickets? The validity period is 14 consecutive days starting with and including the first day you visit an attraction. You can start using your tickets as soon as you receive your ticket email or anytime within a year from date of purchase.
What do I need to show to enter an attraction? Depending on the attraction, you will either present your CityPASS® tickets, your attraction reservation, or both.
Will I have to pay for admission at attractions if I have CityPASS tickets? You will not have to pay anything additional for the admission that is included with CityPASS tickets. Some attractions do offer upgrades for purchase, but these are not required. You can see exactly what is included with CityPASS admission for each CityPASS product on our website.
Do I need to visit attractions in a specific order? You can visit attractions in any order you would like.
Can I visit more than one attraction in a day? There is no limit to how many attractions you can visit in a day.
Can I visit the attractions more than once? Tickets are valid for one-time admission to each attraction unless otherwise noted in each attraction’s admission details.
Can we split up and visit different attractions? In cities with reservation requirements, reservations will be made together for all tickets in an order. If you know that members of your party would like to visit different attractions and/or visit at different times, please place an order for each party that plans to visit attractions together. If you’re not sure yet, you can still place your order. Then, if you decide that you want to split up and visit different attractions after placing your order, you will need to contact Customer Care BEFORE making reservations at ANY attraction. For cities without reservations, travelers can visit different attractions; they will need their ticket downloaded to their phone or printed. Can I purchase and use tickets on the same day? You may be able to purchase and start using CityPASS tickets on the same day, but please note there may be a processing wait time for the tickets to be delivered to your email after purchasing, and theme park reservations are subject to availability. We recommend checking the theme park websites for availability before purchasing if you plan on using your tickets soon after purchase.
My child is younger than the CityPASS child age range. Should I purchase a child ticket? Children younger than the CityPASS child age range can still use a child CityPASS ticket. The child age ranges at attractions vary. You can review child age ranges and admission prices to determine if a child CityPASS ticket is the best option for you.
Please note that if you don't purchase a CityPASS ticket for your child, you may need to purchase child admission tickets and/or make reservations for your child at some attractions, depending on your child's age. Do CityPASS® tickets provide any other discounts at attractions? When CityPASS® tickets include a choice of attractions, attractions may offer admission discounts so you can visit additional attractions at a savings.
How do I know I am purchasing a ticket that qualifies for a special promotion? Select "Special Offers" as a filter when reviewing tickets to make sure you select a promotional ticket type. If you meant to purchase a special/promo ticket but purchased a standard ticket instead, please file a refund request for the ticket you purchased, and purchase your promotional ticket in a separate order.
Do CityPASS® tickets include any skip-the-line options for any of the theme parks? Please review the details for each ticket to see the terms. If the ticket does not include skip-the-line or any kind of fast-pass access, check to see if those options can be purchased from the theme park directly using their website or onsite when you visit.
How do I purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass at Disneyland Resort? Lightning Lane passes for Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park are available for purchase and use in the Disneyland® app (subject to availability). To add this option, which provides access to a dedicated shorter line at select park attractions, you must already have a ticket for park admission and a park entry reservation in the Disneyland® app. Learn more about Lightning Lane at Disneyland Resort. Do theme park tickets include parking? Generally, parking is not included. Visit each theme park's website to find parking information.
How do I add my tickets to the Disney or Universal App? Download the Disneyland app and/or the Universal Studios Hollywood app to manually enter the barcode shown under the respective theme park ticket in your Southern California CityPASS® ticket email.
