Very bad experience :-(
Bought the tickets for Kennedy Space Center.
However at the time when we arrived at the attractions location they were still not there.
Bought tickets straight at the entrance of the morning / the 15th of July. ( Due to very haevy rain that day we had to make this decision as we did not know ifbthecpass tickets would ever arrive.).
Asked refund - unfortunately it was declined.

Quick, easy, reliable and cost effective
I bought a citypass pass for 3 theme parks combined and saved money compared to if I purchased directly at each park or even the parks multipark pass! It was so quick, seemless and easy and we didnt have to print any tickets out or wait on the ticket line at each park. They were able to scan the barcodes from my email directly at the front entrance of each park. I will always doublecheck for a citypass anywhere I visit first.

Purchased city pass ticket for a family vacation to Legoland and the whole experience was amazing. The only exception was The ticket didn’t scanned on the phone, so we had to go to the ticket booth for the service person to print them off. No big deal. It would have been nice to know the parking price ahead of time, but overall we had a great time. An would take another trip to the park once again.

Great deal on tickets!!
The Disney World tickets were cheaper and the e tickets worked well. It was very easy to redeem and put it in the Disney app. We had a blast. Would buy again from CityPASS.

Muy bello el parque, me encantó. Pero en la entrada me atendió en la ventana 6 AGGUIE q habla español pero muy mal servicio me dió esa persona, es una lástima q un sitio como ese tenga una persona tan poco profesional para atender al público.
