Good Prices
The only thing I couldn’t do is to save my tickets in my wallet, because is easier to use them there. I had trouble to read my tickets in the mail I received them.

Don’t use City pass if you have a change of plans
We used CityPASS for Universal Orlando to go on a Friday. We accidentally bought tickets for a Thursday and when we arrived we were told they were expired and Universal could not help due to them being third party tickets. I ended up having to buy 4 more day passes to universal since the rest of my extended family was already in the park.
I called City pass and he said to put in a refund request which was denied because of them terms when buying tickets. Their phone support should not tell me to request a refund, if there is no chance of me getting my money back. If you have the chance of your plans changing at all do not use citypass to buy tickets. It’s not worth it to save $40 to spend $600 for a simple mistake that I’m sure happens quite often. There is no wiggle room for error. If you have more than one day in the park there is a few days window to use it, but single days you are locked in.
Even if I have to pay more in the future I will not use citypass again, nor will I recommend it to anybody traveling to areas which they offer services.

City Pass Universal tickets
I will not... will not use City Pass again for tickets. We went to guest services at Orlando Universal to trade our City Pass tickets computer print out and was told they could not trade it for the Universal tickets. They said City Pass does not allow it. So through our use we had to keep in our pockets the paper print out tickets for lockers, entry into the park or wherever we needed our Universal tickets. One day we were given a hard time over the paper print. We tried to use the phone and were told it was not accepted. We had to show the paper tickets.
We did not go on any water rides for fear of getting the "paper print out tickets" wet and not being able to use again.
Very disappointed that we were not advised at City Pass that this would be. If so, I would not have purchased from City Pass. In the past I was able to trade from other companies.
City Pass, you need to fix this ticket issue.

Bad experience
Tried to buy a city pass one day ahead of time and was told they can’t provide it the next day when we were ready to go. They didn’t even provide a reason for that. If you don’t have the ticket, don’t show it. What a waste of time!

Great deal
We came over to Florida from the uk for the first time in 4 years. Prices of tickets have gone silly.
I found city pass when looking for deals online, the British are always pushed for buy 14 day tickets as we generally holiday for that length time, but 14 days can be to many days unless your doing the parks full on.
City pass offered a 2 Park 3 day + 2 free days which was just perfect for us and at a great price. Every thing worked great from online purchase to receiving tickets and using them at the gate.
I would highly recommend city pass and will be using them again.
