Advice for Visitors


  • After purchasing your CityPASS, visit the Space Center's website to reserve your free timed tickets for the shuttle replica Independence and the tram tour. Timed tickets are available both online and at the center the day of your visit.
  • Start your day with a visit to the Information Desk; speak to a guest services representative and pick-up a free map.
  • Arrive early and allow 4 to 5 hours to enjoy the many attractions.

Best time to visit: Avoid wait times by arriving early. All attractions, including the NASA Tram Tour, are available when the doors open. The tram tours fill up fast and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
