How will I receive my tickets? When you purchase from citypass.com, you’ll receive an email shortly afterward with a ticket for each individual in your party. You can print the email if you prefer a hard copy.
Can we split up and visit different parks? If you know that members of your party would like to visit different parks and/or visit at different times, please place an order for each party that plans to visit together.
How are theme park tickets different from other CityPASS tickets? City Pass Inc. is an authorized ticket seller of Orlando and Southern California theme park tickets. Each theme park ticket may have unique validity, restrictions, terms, and reservation requirements as determined by the theme park. Please review the theme park ticket's validity, restrictions & details prior to purchase.
Why are my dates unavailable? If the date you wish to visit is not selectable, the theme park is either not accepting admission for that day or sales are no longer available.
Why doesn’t CityPASS sell same-day dated tickets? Once you purchase a theme park ticket through CityPASS there is a processing wait time for the tickets to be delivered to your email.
How do I know which ticket I should buy? There are many different options for theme park tickets. If you would like some personalized advice on what would be best for you, contact CityPASS Customer Care.
How do I bundle theme park tickets together? You can select each ticket you would like from each park and add them to your cart to purchase together in one order.
How do I know I am purchasing a ticket that qualifies for a special promotion? Select "Special Offers" as a filter when reviewing tickets to make sure you select a promotional ticket type. If you meant to purchase a special/promo ticket but purchased a standard ticket instead, please file a refund request for the ticket you purchased, and purchase your promotional ticket in a separate order.
Do CityPASS® tickets include any skip-the-line options for any of the theme parks? Please review the details for each ticket to see the terms. If the ticket does not include skip-the-line or any kind of fast-pass access, check to see if those options can be purchased from the theme park directly using their website or onsite when you visit.
What is the validity period for theme park tickets? The validity for theme park tickets varies by park and ticket type. For more information, please select “Validity, Restrictions, and Details” for your desired ticket.
How do I add my tickets to the Disney or Universal App? Download the My Disney Experience app and/or the Universal Orlando Resort app to manually enter the barcode shown under the respective theme park ticket in your Orlando CityPASS® ticket email. If you have further questions, please contact the theme park directly. Can I upgrade my CityPASS® tickets or add additional theme parks to my existing order? To change your tickets or add additional tickets, please request a refund in advance of the visit date and then purchase new tickets. Refunds for theme park tickets must be approved by the park.
