The CityPASS was the perfect way to plan our stay in Chicago. I was able to show my daughter my favorite places in Chicago, and a few others as well. The CityPASS provided a better price, and skipping to the front of the line was like icing on the cake!.Wonderful week in Chicago!

Good value and convenient
CityPASS was very convenient and even the attractions that needed booking were very easy to book. We were also able to skip the line for skydeck ledge which saved time.
It would be much nicer if there are no musts in the pass because we didn’t want to do the aquarium but it a must to do on city pass.

Great value for all the major tourist sites
My first time visiting Chicago and CityPASS provided me with a less expensive way to see the major sites - the Willis Tower, the Art Institute, the Shedd Aquarium, the Field Museum, and the Adler Planetarium. It was a jam-packed but amazingly fun weekend!

Not only was the city pass a good deal and we had an absolute blast choosing what to do, but their customer service was awesome! I accidentally double booked a city pass adventure with our tickets to see a show. When I called, they were so helpful and I was easily able to change.

Clarification Needed on Chicago CityPASS Inclusion
I purchased the Chicago CityPASS 5, and overall, the experience was fantastic — each attraction was great, and the Shedd Aquarium was especially amazing. The only issue we encountered was at the Griffin Museum. When we tried to join the coal mine tour, we were told we needed to purchase an additional ticket. I mentioned that the pass stated it included one special experience, but the staff member said we would still have to pay. She also advised that the next available tour wouldn’t be until later in the day, even though the person in front of us had been able to choose their preferred time.

Great time!
Glad we bought the pass, and had a great time in Chicago for the first time. My friend & I went to visit my son who recently moved there. We did the 2 "required" activities: Shedd Aquarium and Skydeck. We chose 360 Chicago, Art Institute, and Architecture River Tour, the latter being our favorite. Amazing & very different views from the Sears Tower Skydeck and the Hancock Building (360)--glad we did both!
