Advice for Visitors

Tips

Planetarium and daytime laser shows require reservations, which you can make onsite at the entrance gates or at the information desk near the Live Science Stage. Availability is limited and the free tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis, so secure yours as soon as possible upon arrival. Please note: The Planetarium shows are popular and may sell out, particularly during busy holiday seasons.

To get the full experience, allow about two to three hours for your visit. If you're short on time, don't miss The Tropical Butterfly House.

Pacific Science Center allows guests to re-enter during their visit. Simply show your ticket or hand-stamp to a cashier for re-entry.

Seattle CityPASS
Excellent Value and Selection
We highly recommend getting the Seattle CityPASS. We were really overwhelmed with all of the activities when we started planning our trip through Seattle; there is so much to do. It gave us a really well rounded tour of the highlights of Seattle.
The Way to Go
For your money's worth, the CityPASS Seattle is the best way to go. Not only did it include the best attractions in Seattle for the adults, it was perfect for the children, too.
We Rocked Seattle
Our family of four had great fun touring Seattle's best sites! Despite being locals, we don't often get the time to see all the fun family destinations that Seattle has to offer. These passes paid for themselves within the first two locations compared to regular entry fees.
CityPass Seattle
This was one of the coolest things we have ever purchased while traveling and I would recommend it to anyone! We saw all of Seattle, with two little kids, and we did it for half the price.
A no-brainer if you visit Space Needle and more...
Two trips to Space Needle alone is almost the price of the Seattle CityPASS. If you do anything nearby like Chihuly and MoPOP, you're already ahead.
Seattle CityPASS is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 10504.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Seattle Science Center Charge Incorrect CityPass had indicated that children five and under were admitted at no charge, but at the Seattle Science Center, we were charged $24.50 for my three-year-old granddaughter to be admitted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seattle CityPASS I am happy that we bought Seattle CityPASS. Five attractions with one pass is a great deal, plus it can be used within 9 days. Reservation was easy. Kids enjoyed pacific science center, Argosy cruise and the zoo. I wish they had an option for parking. Overall, it was a great experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely unforgettable! My boyfriend bought us CityPASS tickets for our first time in Seattle! And it was literally the best decision and most bang for your buck! We will definitely be using this in the near future for another Adventure! However, Seattle was one for the books and one to remember with the help of you guys! I have definitely already recommended CityPASS to my friends and colleagues!
