Houston Museum of Natural ScienceThe Houston Museum of Natural Science is one of the nation’s most heavily-attended museums. With diverse and extraordinary offerings and four floors of exhibit halls, a trip to HMNS is always an adventure. Other features (requiring separate admission) include special exhibitions, 3-D IMAX® Theatre, The Butterfly Center and Burke Baker Planetarium. INSIDER TIPS:Museum may be more crowded on Tuesdays from 2-6 when admission is free to the public. The busiest times for the IMAX® Theater are 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. (requires additional fee)
