Guests who miss a scheduled departure time will not be refunded. Attempts will be made to accommodate a subsequent departure, but this is based on availability. Alcatraz Cruises will not reimburse transportation expenses to Pier 33. The Alcatraz Night Tour is not available with a CityPass purchase.
