2. When does the 14-day validity period begin?
   Your CityPASS card is activated on the day of your first attraction visit.
3. Are there ever any blackout dates for using CityPASS?
   No, there are no blackout dates associated with using CityPASS. (Some attractions may periodically close all or a portion of their attraction for private events or due to weather conditions.) We recommend contacting the attractions directly to verify availability during your travel dates.
4. Do I have to visit a particular attraction first?
   If you purchase from citypass.com, you will receive your Southern California CityPASS card via UPS, you can visit the attractions in any order you choose and skip ticket lines. If you purchase CityPASS from another websites and print an e-ticket, you may be required to pick up your admission card from a specific attraction.
5. Does Southern California CityPASS cost less anywhere else?
   The cost of CityPASS on citypass.com and at the attraction box offices is the lowest you'll find anywhere.
6. Is transportation included with CityPASS?
   No, transportation is not included with Southern California CityPASS. Find more details about transportation options between Anaheim and San Diego.
7. Is it safe to buy a CityPASS from private sellers on Ebay, Craig's List or other similar entities?
   CityPASS does not endorse or support the purchase of CityPASS products from eBay, Craig’s List or directly from any individual. In the event that you purchase stolen or invalid CityPASS products, CityPASS will be unable to offer any compensation.
8. How does shipping work for citypass.com orders?
   We ship to Continental U.S. (FREE shipping and hotel delivery available), Alaska, Hawaii, U.K. and Canada. Shipping to other destinations is not currently offered. Someone is required to sign for the package upon delivery because of the value of the product. Here are more shipping details.
9. Is Magic Morning at Disneyland included in CityPASS?
   Yes, your CityPASS includes one Magic Morning early admission into Disneyland® Park before the Park opens to the public on a Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. To maximize your early entry experience, we strongly recommend that you arrive at least one hour and fifteen minutes prior to regular park opening. Breakfast is not included.
10. Does CityPASS shorten my time in ride lines?
    CityPASS does not shorten your time in ride lines, however CityPASS card holders may use Disney's FASTPASS service just as all Disney visitors may. FASTPASS makes the most of your time by securing a time-specific ticket for your favorite attractions. You'll come back at your designated time and skip the line with your FASTPASS ticket. Use your admission ticket to secure a FASTPASS ticket from a machine, but get there early because it's first-come, first-served.
11. What do I do if my child is younger than the CityPASS child ticket price range?
    The child Southern California CityPASS admission card is priced for ages 3-9. While children under age 3 can enter all the Southern California attractions for free, you may be required to stand in line with them to secure a free child’s ticket.
12. How do I get a CityPASS if I live outside the U.S., U.K. or Canada?
    Buy online today and we'll ship your CityPASS to the hotel or residence where you're staying during your visit. Or, purchase CityPASS at any participating attraction for the same low price.
13. Will you ship CityPASS to a hotel?
    Yes, just check “hotel guest” during checkout and provide your hotel shipping address. Place your order within 2 weeks of arrival to ensure smooth delivery and alert the hotel of your expected delivery.
14. How long does it take to receive a CityPASS by UPS? Can I track it?
    Choose your delivery destination and shipping method during checkout. An expected date of arrival is provided for each shipping method. By end-of-day, or first business day after weekend orders, you will receive an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number.
15. What is your return policy?
    CityPASS offers a full refund, within 365 days from date of purchase from citypass.com, on unused Southern California CityPASS admission cards. Partially- or fully-used Southern California CityPASS admission cards are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any portion of an activated CityPASS.
16. When does my Southern California CityPASS expire?
    If you have a previously purchased admission card, look on the back of the card for the expiration date. A 2012 Southern California CityPASS must be activated on or before Dec 31, 2012.
17. What do I do if my CityPASS is lost or stolen?
    Think of CityPASS like cash in your pocket. If lost or stolen, no refund or replacement is possible.
18. How do I add the San Diego Zoo option to my Southern California CityPASS?
    You can purchase Southern California CityPASS PLUS San Diego Zoo Option and still save 26%. This option is only available on citypass.com.
19. What about discounts for seniors, military, students or groups?
    CityPASS is already a deeply discounted collection of admissions, with significant savings for all ages and interests. In fact, CityPASS is more attractively priced than A.A.R.P. or other comparable offers. Further discounts are not available.
