I found a CityPASS for Toronto and bought it. After that the whole trip fell into our laps! There is so much to do in Toronto that we were in over our heads before this! The CityPASS has so much to offer for every kind of person!

Great price for amazing attractions. Have used it every time friends and family visit from outside the country. Love it!
Worth it for those travelling on a budget
I don't usually buy passes like this because usually you're paying for things you don't really want to do. And as a backpacker every dollar counts! However, I had planned on visiting the Toronto Zoo, the CN Tower and The Royal Ontario Museum and those three alone would have been worth more than the cost of the CityPASS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great savings!! I got the CityPass when my family came to visit, totally worth it. I could save a lot of money on the entry fee which would have been atleast 35-40% more without the CityPass. I would love to see more options getting added in the future, currently has only about 7 places to choose from. Also, the use by 9 days after first use is a very short time especially for local travellers, would be great if the validity is increased. Year long validity would definitely attract more visitors to get the CityPass.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT WORTH IT! I do not recommend this pass. In my experience, it would have been much better to purchase each attraction separately. The biggest issue was the app, which is required to access your passes. It worked only on the first day, and after that it never loaded again. We then tried accessing our passes through the website on a computer, but that was just as frustrating. The verification codes they emailed us to confirm our purchase were repeatedly rejected as invalid, so we couldn’t even log into our account. I deleted and reinstalled the app, hoping it would fix the problem, but it didn’t. We ended up using a different phone just to access the passes for another attraction, but the exact same issue happened again. Customer service was practically nonexistent. The only way to contact them was through WhatsApp, which sounded convenient but turned out to be anything but. Responses were slow and unhelpful, and resolving the issue took far more time and effort than it should have. In the end, we spent far too much time troubleshooting technical problems just to save a relatively small amount of money. The stress and inconvenience completely outweighed any savings. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The app was unreliable, the website didn’t work properly, and customer support failed when we needed it most. It simply wasn’t worth all the hassle. I would not recommend this pass.
