The Skywalk is New England’s only observatory, located on the 50th floor of the Prudential Center. Skywalk offers breathtaking views of Boston and beyond, as well as an audio tour, Dreams of Freedom Museum, and a theater featuring Dreams of Freedom: Boston’s Story and Wings Over Boston, an aerial tour of the city.
General admission to the only observatory in New England. Includes 360-degree views, the Acoustiguide audio tour, multimedia Skywalk Theater and Dreams of Freedom Immigration Museum.
Summer: Open daily, 10am–10pm
Winter: Open daily, 10am–8pm
Last admission 30 min. prior to close.
Closed Christmas Day
Skywalk frequently closes for private functions. Please call (617) 859-0648 before visiting to ensure access. Upcoming closures include: October 7, closed at 2pm; October 8, closed at 2pm; October 18, closed at 3pm; October 19, closed at 1:30pm; October 20, closed at 3pm; October 27, closed at 2:30pm. Last admission is always 30 minutes prior to closing.
Present CityPASS booklet at the 50th floor by proceeding down escalators to the express elevators. If you encounter a line there, you may hand your booklet to the Skywalk employee handing out the audio tours to skip the line. Exchange voucher for a CityPASS booklet at the kiosk desk located on the main level in the mall or at the 50th floor.
