Boston CityPASS
Fun to be had in Boston with the CityPASS
The CityPASS made site seeing so simple. We loved not having to wait in long lines for tickets and the locations on the CityPASS were kid approved. The passes were well worth the investment! Worth the Savings
The CityPASS for Boston was well worth it. We saved a significant amount of money visiting the museums and taking the cruise tour. Had a memorable time and it was worth it!Boston CityPASS experience
Tasked by my wife to plan a 3-day weekend in Boston, CityPASS was the perfect choice to save us money and see the sights. Totally worth it!
I bought a CityPASS for our trip to Boston and it was perfect. We went to the Museum of Science (the best!), the Franklin Park Zoo and the New England Aquarium. It was easy to schedule the visits and the passes were right on our phones. Also the price was just right. There were 4 of us, so technically one of the visits was free. Highly recommend Buying the passes. What a Bargain!
I spent three days in Boston in mid-December with my girlfriend and thankfully, she got us onto a CityPASS. I had no idea they even existed and in hindsight we saved ourselves the equivalent of a whole night's accommodation!

Good overall but be careful about scheduling
I found CityPASS to be convenient as it helped with costs, locating tickets, provided hours and directions to the destinations. However, I would like the option to reschedule or cancel a reservation in a way that’s convenient. Since most of these places close around 4-5 pm, we were unable to make it to the museum of science and were unable to unsubmit and reschedule for the next day. Long story short, it was a wasted ticket.

you need to make the best plan in Boston.
I could use it for 3 attractions, but the cruise ship I'd love to ride the mosut was cancelled suddenly so I couldn't ride on it. Because I didn't have time to chenge the plabn. Unfortunaly, if you can't use full of plans, you won't get a refund.

Easy to use
CityPASS was very easy to use and I felt that the attractions we had to choose from were exactly what we wanted to do. Each attraction we went to was very familiar with CityPASS so there was no problems. We also got discounted tickets for the movies at the aquarium and museum of science.

Accept the discount and limitations as well
I bought CityPass tickets for family and we were unable to use them all within the 9 day period of expiration.
Would be good to have a way of refund or credit.
Thank you for the live person customer assistance and appreciate discounted admission privileges.

Still Trying from
Difficulty Reserving a Date for Aquarium
I purchased a CityPASS on February 28th specifically to get the discount for the New England Aquarium and the science museum for May 11th. I still have not been able to make a reservation for the aquarium. Their email response to my query about my inability to finalize a date said to try again the second week of March when they would open the dates for spring and summer. It is now March 17th (the 3rd week) and i am still unable to reserve a date/time for admission. I am extremely frustrated. This is not the fault of CityPASS.
