More e-ticket Information
You can print an e-ticket — a print out confirming your purchase — during checkout, in just a few clicks.
You'll have your purchase in hand immediately, and will also avoid all shipping costs.
The process is simple. During online checkout you have a choice between Print e-ticket or Ship Booklets.
Click on the Print e-ticket button.
- You must have Adobe Acrobat to view and print your e-tickets.
- e-tickets must be printed at the time you place your order.
- A unique e-ticket is required per person.
Example: If you purchase 4 CityPass booklets, you will print 4 different e-tickets.
- There's a $1 processing fee per e-ticket printed.
Here's how it works:
- Take your e-ticket to the first attraction you visit. A list of attraction locations is provided on your e-ticket.
- The redeeming attraction will take your e-ticket and give you the actual CityPass booklet containing admission tickets
to the participating attractions.
- Note: When redeeming San Francisco CityPass e-tickets, please make one of the attractions your first stop;
redemption is not available at the Muni Cable Cars or Cable Car kiosks.
The fine print:
- One unique e-ticket per person must be presented at attraction.
- e-tickets purchased today must be redeemed for CityPass booklets .
- No refunds or cancellations.
- All sales are final.
