While the Hollywood sign’s grounds are barred from public access, you can walk or drive near it to get great angles for photos. From Franklin Avenue in Hollywood, go north on Beachwood Drive; turn left at Ledgewood Drive and twist and wind uphill. Then go right at the three-way intersection onto Deronda Drive.
Walk of Fame
Locate your favorite stars of film and television along this famous street. The Walk of Fame runs on both sides of Hollywood Boulevard from Gower Avenue to La Brea Avenue (east to west), and on Vine Street between Yucca Street and Sunset Boulevard (north to south). The Walk of Fame is a nearly 3.5-mile round-trip walk.
