Three full days of walking in Toronto!
A friend and I took the train from Montreal to Toronto and slept at a friend's place in the "Rainbow Village". Amazing place, near almost everything! Yonge street became a well traveled place for us and we simply loved Dundas Square, with it's Times Square looks. We went up CN Tower after buying the Toronto City Pass, took a multitude of pictures and freaked out on the glass floor. We also walked to the Royal Ontario Museum (or ROM) and saw quite a few exhibitions. The Dinos were so cool! And I loved the Japanese exhibition! The next day we went to Casa-Loma, which is breath-taking on its own. We visited the interior and the decor was drool-worthy, and let's not forget all the artefacts! We saw the Hotel-de-Ville and walked along Spadina street in Chinatown. It's way bigger than the one in Montreal! You have to visit everything to make amazing finds. We ate in a few restaurants along the way with the friends who lent us their appartment for our trip and got back by train. I was happy to find Toronto's residents very helpful and polite, so overall it made for one very pleasing experience! I will surely go back there again one day!
