YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST.

ALL ENTRANTS MUST HAVE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. This contest begins September 1, 2011, and is open to all legal residents at least 18 years old at time of entry, except employees of CityPASS, Inc., any of its affiliate companies, subsidiaries, retailers, suppliers, vendors, sales representatives, distributors, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers and the immediate families and household members of each. Contest ends November 30, 2011. Void where prohibited.

How to enter:

1. Register for the contest by submitting your entry online on http://www.citypass.com/story between September 1, 2011 and November 30, 2011. One valid and complete submission equals one contest entry. Multiple submissions of the same product are not valid. “SPAM” or fraudulent submissions will not be posted and all entries from said user will be void. Submissions must be received by http://www.citypass.com/story by 11:59 p.m. MST November 30, 2011. This contest is sponsored by CityPASS, Inc. CityPASS, Inc. and its agencies are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete registrations or entries.

2. Alternative Method of Entry. You may also receive an entry by sending a 3” by 5” postcard to CityPASS, Inc. ATTN: Marketing Promotions, 27 Arrowroot Lane Victor, ID 83455. On the postcard, the entrant should write “Free Method of Entry to City Traveler CONTEST” and include his or her name, address, date of birth and phone number. Mail in entries for the first entry period must be postmarked by August 31, 2011, to be eligible to receive the prize.

Prize: 1 – One (1) iPad. The winner will be determined through a random drawing from all eligible entries on or around December 7, 2011. The winner will be notified by mail or email within 3 days of the drawing. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

CityPASS, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of CityPASS, Inc. corrupt the administration, security or proper administration of contest CityPASS, Inc. is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

CityPASS, Inc.‘s decisions are final and binding with regard to this contest. Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

All registrations become property of CityPASS,Inc. Except at CityPASS, Inc.‘s discretion, no cash redemptions, substitutes, or transfer of prizes allowed. Prizewinner grants to CityPASS, Inc. the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Any and all taxes on prizes are responsibility of winner. As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors and the advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, taxes, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, loss, damage, system damage, loss of property or data, accidents, injuries, or death, (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstake, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification. If prize notification e-mail or prize returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one prize per person/address. Void where prohibited.
