2011 CityPASS Chicago Voucher Instructions and Copy These instructions are for wholesalers who have signed a 2011 Sales/Rate Agreement and are using vouchers that will be redeemed for CityPASS ticket booklets. The following copy must be printed on your voucher for it to be accepted and exchanged for a CityPASS ticket booklet. Voucher must specify the number of ticket booklets to be issues in each category, adult / child. Note to Editors: CityPASS logo & attractions visuals are available on CD or from our Press Room.
This voucher is good for a Chicago CityPASS which provides admission to the following attractions: Shedd Aquarium, The Field Museum, Skydeck Chicago, Adler Planetarium OR Art Institute of Chicago and John Hancock Observatory OR Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago.
Redeem this voucher at the ticket office of any of the above attractions and receive a Chicago CityPASS. Ticket book is valid for nine days beginning date of first use. Prior to use, please sign CityPASS sales/rate agreement and mail with 2 original sample e-tickets for each city you plan on selling to:
