2009 CityPass Chicago E-ticket Instructions and Copy
(Effective April 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010)

These instructions are for wholesalers who have signed a 2009 Sales/Rate Agreement and are using E-tickets that will be redeemed for CityPass ticket books. The following copy must be printed on your E-ticket for it to be accepted and exchanged for a CityPass ticket book. E-ticket must specify the number of ticket books in each category, adult or youth, to be issued. Please provide 2 original samples per city to begin use.

Print this copy on your Chicago vouchers:

This voucher is good for a Chicago CityPass which provides admission to the following attractions: Shedd Aquarium, The Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, Museum of Science and Industry and Skydeck Chicago OR John Hancock Observatory. Ticket book is valid for 9 days from first use.

Redeem this voucher at the ticket office of any of the above attractions and receive a Chicago CityPass.

Prior to use, please sign CityPass sales/rate agreement for the appropriate year and mail with 2 original sample E-tickets for each city you plan on selling to:
