We arrived at the Willis Tower on a Saturday afternoon. The attendant noticed our city passes in our hands and quickly usered us to the elevators and told us exactly what to do to avoid the long lines for tickets and security (some people waited up to 3 hours). With the Chicago City Pass you can get straight to the top. The funny part was all the "dirty looks" those waiting in the long lines gave us as we walked right by. From the time we arrived outside the Willis Tower, we were at the top and on the Skydeck in no more than 5-10 minutes.
