For shipments going to US and Canada, orders placed by 12:00 noon Mountain Time Monday – Friday will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm Mountain Time on Friday and orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Do not count Saturday, Sunday or Holidays as shipping days.

If nobody is available to sign, the package will be held at the Postal Sort Facility for the customer to pick up or until the customer contacts Royal Mail.

We encourage all international customers to purchase CityPass on citypass.com by taking advantage of the print-at-home voucher option. Booklets may also be purchased at any of the participating attractions upon arrival in the city you are visiting. You may also have your booklets shipped to the US hotel where you will be staying to coincide with your arrival date. Specific instructions on how to have your order shipped to your hotel will show in the check out screen when you check the "hotel" box before inputting the hotel's address.
