Shipping costs vary depending on your selection of how quickly you want your booklets delivered to your door. You may avoid shipping costs and save time now by selecting to print a E-ticket. There is a $1 processing fee per E-ticket purchased.

For shipments going to US and Canada, orders placed by 12:00 noon Mountain Time Monday – Friday will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm Mountain Time on Friday and orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Do not count Saturday, Sunday or as shipping days.

To see exact shipping costs and an estimated delivery date, add items to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout and select the country of your delivery address. Mid-page you'll see the various shipping options; in some cases, there may only be one option. Your final shipping cost includes a $2 per booklet handling fee with a $10 limit per order. (As a special summer deal, handling is reduced to $1 per booklet).

If nobody is available to sign, the package will be held at the Postal Sort Facility for the customer to pick up or until the customer contacts Royal Mail.

We encourage all international customers to purchase CityPass on citypass.com by taking advantage of the print-at-home E-ticket option. Booklets may also be purchased at any of the participating attractions upon arrival in the city you are visiting. You may also have your booklets shipped to the US hotel where you will be staying to coincide with your arrival date. Specific instructions on how to have your order shipped to your hotel will show in the check out screen when you check the "hotel" box before inputting the hotel's address.
