Group Information

CityPASS Purchase for Groups

CityPASS programs and pricing are created for individual travelers; CityPASS does not offer group discounts. If you're organizing a group visit or tour, we recommend that you contact the respective attraction for group pricing and information. If you decide CityPASS is the best option for your group, ticket booklets may be purchased through citypass.com or at any of the attractions in the CityPASS program.

CityPASS Group Ordering Options

Credit Card Payment: Groups of 200 or less may purchase CityPASS using our regular citypass.com shopping cart. Group discounts are not offered. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal are accepted. Be aware that your credit card may have a transaction amount limit.

Payment by company check: Groups of 25 or more may request an invoice for payment by company/school check. Please e-mail groups@citypass.com with "Group Order" in the e-mail subject line. Include the name of your group, travel dates and city you are visiting. Expect an email reply from our ordering department. After payment is received by CityPASS, your order will be shipped to you. Payment by check is offered for your convenience. Group discounts are not offered.

CityPASS Attraction Visits by Groups

Depending on the entry procedures and/or capacity restrictions in place at the attractions, unscheduled visits of 10 or more travelers may create a delay in entry. For your convenience, here is list of attractions with specific group requirements. CityPASS strongly recommends that you contact them prior to your visit based on the group sizes indicated below. Attractions not listed here will be happy to accommodate your group without any advance notice.
